Luxury property firm moves to Menorca

Sotheby's International Realty network has branched out to cover Menorca and Mallorca .

The luxury property division of the leading auction house announced the grand opening of its Balearic Islands headquarters this week, which will help international buyers find unique homes off the coast of Spain .

Situated on Menorca's western neighbour Mallorca, the largest of the Balearic Islands , the experts at Sotheby's International Realty will specialise in luxurious properties and waterfront villas set against the stunning backdrop of the Mediterranean coast.

The Mediterranean isle is divided by distinct topography, with a homogenous and gentle landscape in the southern region of Migjorn, which contrasts with the jagged and mountainous terrain of northern Tramontana.
